Dental health of small mammals (rodents and rabbits)

Small mammals are particularly susceptible to dental problems due to their dental anatomy (continuously growing teeth). Vaccination of rabbits and ferrets

Vaccination is an essential part of preventive healthcare for rabbits and ferrets. Rabbits must be vaccinated against myxomatosis (rabbit pox) and RHD 1+2. Regardless of the type of housing, all rabbits (indoor and outdoor) should be vaccinated regularly. Vaccination intervals depend on the vaccine and the manufacturer.
